Ok, so Shanny has been a blogger for a looooong time and hers are always so well written and inspirational. This is my first blogging experience and after getting one from a friend who uses it to update her friends and family on her family's life; I thought what a great idea! I can update (all who care) on Jaxonisms and what all is going on with the "Mousers of Mustang" as Mick would say. :)
So here it is. We moved to Mustang in March ish, Jaxon started prek and his teacher is a girl I ran against in High School and ran with at SWOSU. Such a small world (Or Western OK) Jaxon loves school! I got to go yesterday during snack time and watch him be the class leader, it was really too much! Its truely like having your heart walk around on the outside of your body. Jett is becoming his own onery person every day. He is wild and rough and crazy and still the sweetest thing ever! He demands whatever he wants all the time. We of course dont give him EVERYTHING he wants so we are hearing a lot of top of the lungs screaming. Its funny, everytime we tell Gabe's parents about it they smile and say...hmmmm I wonder how Gabe's son could act like that. He recently had a large bruise right in the middle of his forhead from running straight into an innocent child bike rider's handlebars and a nice bruise on his cheekbone from falling into the coffee table. He is constantly falling and jumping off things and being fearless! He is Gabe incarnate. But Jaxon really is too, his sweet side just comes from me of course. :) Jaxon loves whatever sport is in season so OU football right now and still a fan of the Vikings because he has an autographed picture of Adrian. He is hilarious. He and Gabe play baseball in the backyard, Gabe pitches to him and he can knock it out. He is way passed the tee. I really look forward to spending our evenings watching him and Jett play ball! We havent found a church home yet but we have visited a few. I cannot wait to feel at home again in a church. We visited Shanny and family last weekend and got to go "home" to LABC. I miss everyone there so incredibly much. What an amazing place it is. It is crazy right now with working full time and being mom full time. People look at me and tell me Im crazy, as if I have a choice in the matter. I am so overwhelmed sometimes its hard to breathe. One crazy hilarious comment from Jaxon or sweet moment with Jett though and all the negative goes away. God is good all the time and all the time God is good. We are so blessed and fortunate and have the best friends and family! What more could one want?
